The craft…
We created an immersive temple walk-through experience focusing on the 4 elements.
The brief
To design fabricate and install an immersive temple set that encapsulates the audience into a new world.
The concept
In the style of an old mayan temple creating a whole new world with multitude of different visual & audio elements focusing on the the elemental themes of fire earth wind and water.
We brought together a multi skilled team, starting by fabricating over 100 set panels then moving onto polly carving, we then got the scenic team to start bringing the set to life with multiple layers of paint and texture. From there we started to build the world by installing the multi-level set pieces, adding accents to give the room depth, adding in moving parts and sensory factors within the four elements. After this we brought in our sound and light team to program the last bits to really bring the room to life. We finished off by adding fake plants, foliage and vines to tie everything together.
