The craft…
Turning a farmer’s field into a luxurious vip experience and glamping site for the Glastonbury festival 2025 with the world’s biggest dj’s playing.
The brief
To help create install and implement the build of a high end glamping site at Glastonbury, we had to book in all the crew for multiple teams across site, design and build different features such as the swimming pool, bbq area, entrance, signage and all the production elements.
The concept
To provide a high-end glamping site with luxurious features.
The Creation
Leading the site team and creative install team we brought together a crew of over 20 staff working on a multitude of jobs including: Building and decking an infinity pool on a steep grass slope to hold 30 people, building an entrance archway, installing site-wide infrastructure, erecting stretch tents and installing festoon and lighting.
In addition, we also mapped out and managed a tent team for marquee placements and erecting of over 100 tents, across 3 fields.
the experience…
Guests stepped into a playground of luxury. Complete with high-end restaurants, a swimming pool, saunas, hot tubs, yoga sessions, and music from Carl Cox and more. Offering a bliss slice of tranquillity amidst the madness of Glastonbury.
